Even before New York Fashion Week was a distant memory, the Pantone Institute announced its Fall Fashion Color Report for 2013.
These colors are the source of inspiration for fashion designers such as Tracey Reese, Tadashi Shoji, Peter Som, Charlotte Ronson and Nanette Lepore to name a few. Some of these are autumnal versions of their spring counterparts with a few neutrals added for balance. Of course, Emerald still leads the pack.

Since we are finally and happily celebrating the arrival of spring, I'll hold off on delving into this color report just yet. Let's just enjoy the daffodils and tulips to soon come.
